All personalized canvas art and jewelry items are final sale. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind, an unwanted gift, or a sizing preference. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If a personalized canvas does not match the information you submitted, contact us within the same period. We will make it right with a no-cost replacement/remake or a full refund.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Email info@harvisgifts.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and its packaging. If you received the wrong item or wrong design, we may also request a video showing the item and the package in which it arrived. We will make it right with a no-cost replacement/remake or full refund when the issue resulted from our production or fulfillment. Please do not return an item unless we provide instructions. In most approved cases, you will not need to return the original item.
