If you received the wrong item or wrong design, we may also request a video showing the item and the package in which it arrived. We will make it right with a no-cost replacement/remake or full refund when the issue resulted from our production or fulfillment. Please do not return an item unless we provide instructions. In most approved cases, you will not need to return the original item.
