If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If a personalized canvas does not match the information you submitted, contact us within the same period. We will make it right with a no-cost replacement/remake or a full refund.

We will make it right with a no-cost replacement/remake or full refund when the issue resulted from our production or fulfillment. Please do not return an item unless we provide instructions. In most approved cases, you will not need to return the original item.
